•In January 2016, the firm opened in Minneapolis after merging with the Minneapolis-based law firm of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP.[5]
•In April 2015, the firm opened an office in Chicago, IL with the addition of a group of attorneys departing from Nixon Peabody.[6]
•In October 2014, the firm opened an office in Dallas, TX after acquiring Dallas-based David & Goodman, P.C.[7]
•In December 2013, the firm acquired MBV Law LLP in San Francisco.[8]
