Francesco Spoto (8 July 1924 – 27 December 1964) was an Italian Roman Catholic priest who served in missions in the Democratic Republic of Congo and was killed there.

He was beatified in Palermo on 27 April 2007 after Pope Benedict XVI approved his cause of beatification deeming that he was killed "in odium fidei" (in hatred of the faith).[1]
