Francisco Arce Armenta (born August 29, 1981 in Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico) is a Mexican professional boxer in the Super Bantamweight division.[1] He's a former IBF Latino Super Flyweight champion and was NABF Super Bantamweight Champion.[2] Francisco is also the younger brother of former five-division World boxing Champion Jorge Arce.[3]
Professional career
Early in his career he lost to future world champion Mexican Giovanni Segura in Maywood, California.[4]
In November 2008, Francisco won the IBF Latino Super Flyweight champion by beating William De Sousa of Panama.[5]
Retirement
He retired the year of 2010. The year of 2015 he lives happily with his family, he is a father of 3 girls and has been married 14 years to America Armenta. His oldest, Emily Arce, is 13 years old, America Arce is 11 years old, and his youngest, Nalani Arce, is 9 months.
NABF Super Bantamweight Championship
On October 9, 2010 Arce beat former WBO Champion Isidro García, to win the NABF Super Bantamweight Championship.[6][7]
