Franciszek was the oldest son of Bazyli Wróblewski. He finished Vilnius University, where he was studying medicine, and then began to work as a physician in his hometown.[2] In 1808 he married Rozalia (née Plater) with which he had at least three sons - Antoni, Eustachy and Ludwik. After the death of his wife, he remarried with Zofia (née Szyttler) with which he had a son, Józef Wróblewski.[3]

He was awarded the Order of Saint Anna, 3rd Class for his contribution to Vilnius and its citizens.[4]
