Frank Carter (born October 17, 1977) is a former American football fullback/linebacker who played seven seasons in the Arena Football League with the New Jersey/Las Vegas Gladiators, Nashville Kats, Utah Blaze and San Jose SaberCats. He played college football at MacMurray College.

Professional career

New Jersey/Las Vegas Gladiators

Carter signed with the New Jersey Gladiators on November 16, 2001.[1] He played for the team from 2002 to 2005, earning First Team All-Arena in 2005.[2][3]

Nashville Kats

Carter was signed by the Nashville Kats on October 4, 2005.[4] He played for the team during the 2006 season, earning All-Ironman Team recognition.[2][3]

Utah Blaze

Carter was traded to the Utah Blaze on October 11, 2006 for the rights to Tim McGill and Thal Woods,[5] and played for the Blaze during the 2007 season.[2][4]

San Jose SaberCats

Carter signed with the San Jose SaberCats on October 30, 2007 and played for the team during the 2008 season.[2][4]
