Frank Douglas Garrett

Frank Douglas Garrett a graduate of Mackenzie High School in Detroit was an all-star basketball player and was selected as an All-PSL player in 1961 and 1962. He was a USMC All-Star during the years 1965-67; A JUCO All-American 1967-69. He served in Vietnam in the United States Marine Corps.[1] He was an Oakland University Professor and Author.[2]
