Frank Fluckiger is the current National Chairman of the United States Constitution Party. He was elected to the position on April 21, 2012 at the Constitution Party National Convention, by defeating Randy Stufflebeam.[2]

Previously he had been the state chairman of the Constitution Party of Utah from its inception until 2012.[3]
