Frank McGrath (bodybuilder)

Frank "Wrath" McGrath (born August 9, 1978 in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada) is an IFBB professional bodybuilder. He is well known for his advertising work for Animal supplements. Specifically, the Journey series of blog entries[1] and the Animal series of workout DVDs.[2]

Personal

McGrath has been injured twice.[3] In 2008 he tore a triceps in training. In early 2010 he suffered serious injury due to a car accident and his spleen had to be removed. Since then he has recovered and has been competing professionally again.

Compilation

In 2016, Mcgrath made a chest video with Calum Von Moger.
