Franklin E. Morales
Franklin E. Morales (1884 – 1962[1]) was an American Diplomat. He served during January 18, 1922 – March 2, 1925[2] as Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary, United States Ambassador to Honduras. He was appointed by Warren G. Harding.
