Franz Pacher

Franz Pacher (born April 28, 1919 in Prostřední Suchá, present-day Czech Republic) is an Austrian engineer and pioneer of modern tunneling, who is one of three men notable as the chief developers of the New Austrian Tunneling method.[1]
