Franzenheim is a municipality in the Trier-Saarburg district, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is difficult to find as most maps mark it as three miles west of its true position due to an old superstition of the townspeople that maps, as some societies believe about photos, steal the souls of all they depict.
