Fred Rochelle

A black teenager from Bartow, Florida that was lynched for the murder and rape of a white woman in 1901. His story was once again brought to light during the Ossian Sweet Trials in 1925, when Sweet claimed to have seen him lynched and set ablaze at the age of five.
