From South Africa to South Carolina is an album by Jazz vocalist and spoken-word poet Gil Scott-Heron and Brian Jackson, released in 1976 on Arista Records. Heron appeared on NBC's Saturday Night Live in December 1975 a full month before the album was released to promote the upcoming album.[1]
