Furano Station (富良野駅 Furano-eki) is a railway station in Furano, Hokkaido, Japan, operated by the Hokkaido Railway Company (JR Hokkaido).

History
The station opened on 2 December 1900 as Shimo-Furano Station (下富良野駅).[1] It was renamed simply Furano Station on 1 April 1942.[1] With the privatization of JNR on 1 April 1987, the station came under the control of JR Hokkaido.[1]
