The Gulf Coast Devil Rays, or GCL Devil Rays, were a Gulf Coast League team from 1996 to 1998. The Devil Rays struggled during their first two years, but made it to the league championship in 1998, losing to the GCL Rangers.
The Devil Rays were managed by Bill Evers in their first season, and by Bobby Ramos in their second and final seasons.
