Gabriel Druillettes
Gabriel Druillettes (Dreuillettes, Drouillettes, Drouillet, Droulletes, Drueillettes, Druilletes) (29 September 1610 – 8 April 1681) was born in France and became a Jesuit priest. He emigrated to Canada in 1643 after completing his Jesuit training and is remembered in Canadian history mainly because of his explorations. It is also noted that he made a lasting impression on the Indians to whom he ministered.
