Gabriel Pleydell
Gabriel Pleydell (1519–1591) was an English MP.
Pleydell was chief ranger and keeper of Savernake forest, Wiltshire in 1554, and was Receiver general for Anne, Duchess of Somerset in the same year.
He served as MP for Wootton Bassett in March 1553 and 1563 respectively. He also represented Marlborough in 1555.
A stark supporter of Sir Edward Bayntun, Pleydell left profits from his lands to him upon his death in 1591. He also bequeathed his livestock to his wife.[1]
