Polish: Żolnierowicz), (born 1 January 1955) is the First Lady of the current Belarusian President, Alexander Lukashenko.[1] Lukashenko married Zhelnerovich, his high school sweetheart, in 1975.[1] Later that year their oldest son, Viktor, was born.[1] Their second son, Dmitry, was born in 1980.[1] Viktor is a 'national security aide' of his father; but Alexander has dismissed him in public as "a useless weakling who will soon become even weaker".[1]

Galina lives separately in the family's house in the village near Shklov.[1]
