Gallium nitride nanotube

Gallium nitride nanotubes are nanotubes of gallium nitride.

Production

They can be grown using chemical vapour deposition on Zinc oxide nanowires (diameters of 30-200 nm).[1][2]

Electrical properties

They are expected to be predominantly semiconducting (depending on diameter and twist) and some forms have been modeled as transistors.[3]
