Gardams Building

The Gardams Building is a heritage-listed retail building located at 114 Queen Street, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It was built in 1881 and consists of two stuccoed brick stories, ornamented with elaborate Italianate detailing, plus a stone basement.[1]

It was purchased by Gardams Silk Store Pty Ltd in 1950 and remained in their possession when the building was listed on the Queensland Heritage Register in 1992.[1] Gardams have subsequently relocated to another site.
