Gareth Price, born 26 August 1980 in Swansea, Wales is a Welsh international rugby league player.

Gareth Price plays for the Widnes Vikings in National League One.

Price's position of choice is at prop forward.

Gareth Price has previously played for St. Helens and the London Broncos in the Super League. He has also played for the Leigh Centurions, Rochdale Hornets, Hull Kingston Rovers and the Crusaders in the National Leagues. He has also played Rugby Union for Hendy and Neath.

Price has been a revelation with Widnes, in 2007 playing in 18 games.[1]

Gareth Price has been noted for his ability to break a tackle, whilst Gareth’s defence is also highly regarded.[2]

International honours

Gareth Price won caps for Wales while at St. Helens, Leigh, Rochdale Hornets, and Celtic Crusaders 1999…present 2(9, 10?)-caps + 9-caps (sub) 1-try 4-points .[3]
