Gary Lee Boyd (born August 22, 1946) is an American former Major League Baseball pitcher, a right-hander who played for the Cleveland Indians. He stood 6 feet 4 inches (1.93 m) tall and weighed 200 pounds (91 kg).
High school
Boyd Played baseball at Juniperro Serra High School in Gardena, California where he graduated in 1964.
MLB
Boyd was picked up in the 4th round of the 1965 MLB Draft by the Cleveland Indians. Boyd was sent to play in the minor league but after only 8 games Boyd was on the Cleveland Indians active roster.
