Gauthier Klauss (born 17 December 1987, in Épinal) is a French slalom canoeist who has competed since the mid-2000s.

He won five medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with four golds (C-2 team: 2010, 2011, 2014, 2015) and a bronze (C-2: 2015). He also won a gold and a silver medal in the C-2 team event at the European Championships.

Klauss won the overall world cup title in the C-2 category in 2013 and 2015.

He competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London in the C-2 event where he finished in 4th place in the final.

His partner in the boat is Matthieu Péché.
