Geeta Chandran is a Bharatanatyam dancer from New Delhi, India.[1] She has worked in various fields of Art like carnatic music, television, theater, choreography and dance education. She is the founder-president of the dance academy Natya-Vriksha. The Government of India awarded her the fourth highest civilian honor of Padma Shri, in 2007, for her contributions to the field of Art.[2]
