Giorgi Agiashvili (born January 21, 1990), known professionally as George Finn, is a Georgian-American actor, best known for his roles as Chad in LOL (2012), Wyatt in Just Before I Go (2014), Jasper in Time Lapse (2014), and Sandro in Tbilisi, I Love You (2014).[3]

Early life

Finn was born as Giorgi Agiashvili (Georgian: გიორგი აგიაშვილი) in Tbilisi, Georgia into a family of writers and filmmakers. When he was two years old his family moved to the city of Atlanta, Georgia where they saw opportunity to become more successful in the film industry. As a child, Finn wasn't particularly interested in performing.[4] However, films were the main focus in the family, and Finn soon started to develop a desire to be a part of the industry. Hollywood offered the family another chance to gain success, so they moved to California in hopes of achieving their dream. At twelve years old, Finn was signed with an agency and filmed his first commercial with Volkswagen.[5]

Career

Finn first appeared in a recurring role, as Julian, on Unfabulous from 2004 until 2007. He has subsequently had many guest starring roles since then, appearing on Lincoln Heights (2009), 90210 (2009), How I Met Your Mother (2009–10), Cold Case (2010), and The Mentalist (2014).[6] Finn has had lead roles in several films directed by his brother, Nick Agiashvili, including The Harsh Life of Veronica Lambert (2009), A Green Story (2012) and Tbilisi, I Love You (2014).[6]

He starred as Chad in LOL (2012) alongside Demi Moore and Miley Cyrus, and was one of the lead roles, portraying Jasper, in Time Lapse (2014) alongside Danielle Panabaker and Matt O'Leary.[6] Finn is set to star as the lead in two more of Agiashvili's films, The Tunnel King and The Short Happy Life of Butch Livingston, set for release in 2016.
