George Kollitides

George Kollitides II is a business executive in the United States. He was Chief Exectiuve Officer and Chairman of Remington Outdoors Group from 2007 to 2015, and CEO of the Freedom Group, under the ownership of Cerberus Capital Management, where he was Senior Vice President.[1] After 2015 he started a one-year term as Senior Advisor to Remington Outdoor.[2] Prior to that he was a partner and later president of TenX Capital Partners.[2][3]

Kollitides graduated from Lafayette College in 1991 and earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Management of Organizations from Columbia Business School in 1998.

He serves as a Director of Rentport, Aegis Capital Advisors, Freedom Group, Inc., Verrazano,Inc. and Tier 1 Group, Controlled Solutions, Inc., Bushmaster Firearms, Remington Firearms, LNR Holdings, IAP World Services Inc., General Fiber Communications and LNR Property Holdings Ltd. and certain of its subsidiaries.[2]

He is a member of the National Rifle Association, and serves on the Nominating Committee for the Board of Directors, as well as other committees. He is a trustee of the NRA Foundation.[3] He is also a member and director of the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association.
