Ghanashyam Nayak is an Indian film and television actor. He has appeared in a number of tele serials as well as films. He is currently playing the role of Natwarlal Prabhashankar Undhaiwala a.k.a. Natu Kaka in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.

Ghanshyam Nayak has acted in approx 200 Gujarati & Hindi Films and around 350 Hindi Television serials. He has also acted in more than 100 Gujarati Stage Plays. He has given playback in more than 12 Gujarati films with maestros like Asha Bhosle & Mahendra Kapoor. He has dubbed more than 350 Gujarati films.He has given his voice for veteran Legend actor Kanhaiyalal in Hindi movie 'Ek Aur Sangram' and Bhojpuri film 'Bairi Sawan'.
