Contribution as Education Minister

As an education minister, "has worked remarkably for the backward state like Rajasthan.it is not just a remarkable work but an important achievement in the field of education as bringing a state to the first position from the 24th in just three years is not a cakewalk. the state in which the level of education was very low and there were rarely any qualified teachers, within the range of every one kilometer primary schools were opened while tiwari was working as the education minister and he made education approachable to each child of dhadi. on every two primary schools one higher primary school was built up".[1]
