Glen Pean powerline span
The Glen Pean Powerline Span is a span of an overhead powerline which crosses Glen Pean, west of Loch Arkaig in the Highlands of Scotland. It reaches a maximum height of 439.8 metres (1,443 ft) above ground, and may be the span with the highest clearance in Europe. As it crosses a deep valley, the pylons at its end are not taller than standard pylons.
