Glen Young (born May 2, 1969, in Scarborough, Ontario) is a former Canadian football linebacker who played 8 seasons in the CFL for the Toronto Argonauts, Montreal Alouettes and Edmonton Eskimos from 1998 to 2005. Prior to his time in the CFL, he played 4 seasons in the National Football League for the Raiders 1993-1994, Buffalo Bills preseason1994 San Diego Chargers Super Bowl XXIX 1994-1996.
