Global Reach Partners Ltd is a UK foreign exchange company based in the City of London. It acts as a foreign exchange broker for corporate and private clients as well as offering international money transfer services.

History

Founded in 2001, the company had been operating under separate brands; Corporate FX, Personal FX, Smart FX and Travel FX until 2012 when all individual brands were brought under the umbrella brand 'Global Reach Partners'. The two original founders and major shareholders Stewart Blake and Mark Smith-Halvorsen still play a significant role in the day-to-day running of the business alongside the other partners of the firm.

Global Reach Partners also encompasses a subsidiary company 'CorporateFX+ Limited' which provides Foreign Exchange Options products and has partnered with Delma Exchange to form 'Delma FX' a foreign exchange provider in the United Arab Emirates.

As at April 2014 Global Reach Partners had made £20.1 billion forex trades.[1]

Global Reach Partners Ltd is a company registered in England under registration number 4344764 and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for the provision of payment services (Firm Reference Number 504315).(FRN:504315).[2]

Sponsorships and awards

It sponsors GBmoto Racing[3] who are currently one of the 16 Elite Teams, which compete in the British Superbike Series[4] (BSB). The sponsorship in 2016 will support JG Speedfit Kawasaki / GBmoto Racing riders James Ellison, Leon Haslam and Peter Hickman. Global Reach also sponsors a number of Springfield FC youth football teams.
