The green-backed honeyeater (Glycichaera fallax) is a species of bird in the Meliphagidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Glycichaera.[2] It is found in Australia, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
