Gmina Babiak is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Koło County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Babiak, which lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) north of Koło and 120 km (75 mi) east of the regional capital Poznań.

The gmina covers an area of 133.58 square kilometres (51.6 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 7,920.
