Gmina Lubanie is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Włocławek County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Lubanie, which lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) north-west of Włocławek and 38 km (24 mi) south-east of Toruń.

The gmina covers an area of 69.3 square kilometres (26.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 4,651.
