Gmina Sosnowica is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Parczew County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Sosnowica, which lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) south-east of Parczew and 48 km (30 mi) north-east of the regional capital Lublin.

The gmina covers an area of 172.35 square kilometres (66.5 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 2,645.
