Gnel Medzhlumyan (Armenian: Գնել Մեջլումյան; April 3, 1967 – March 30, 2005[1]) was a Soviet freestyle wrestler of Armenian descent.
Gnel Medzhlumyan was born in Berd, Armenian SSR. He was coached by Razmik Karapetyan. Medzhlumyan won a bronze medal in the 1989 World Wrestling Championships at 48 kg. He was also a European Champion in 1989.
On March 30, 2005, Medzhlumyan died in a car accident on the Yerevan-Ijevan highway in Gegharkunik Province.
