Gobionotothen is a genus of cod icefishes native to the Southern Ocean.[1]

 - Gobionotothen angustifrons (J. G. Fischer, 1885) (Narrowhead rockcod)
 - Gobionotothen barsukovi Balushkin, 1991
 - Gobionotothen gibberifrons (Lönnberg, 1905) (Humped rockcod)
