Goh Liu Ying (born 30 May 1989 in Malacca City, Malacca) is a Malaysian professional badminton player in the doubles event. She and her regular partner, Chan Peng Soon have ranked as high as No. 3 worldwide in mixed doubles.

In 2013, Goh decided to undergo knee surgery to fix the issue of her aggravating right knee but the surgery was postponed. She underwent surgery in both her knees the following year.

After an 11-month hiatus due to recovery, Goh has resumed her partnership with Chan as of 2015.
