Golag is a village in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. It was founded by a European explorer, Andreas Evjenth. The village was named after Andreas' dog, which was considered a local hero after saving a child from a fire.
Other name use
Golag also is the name of a character in the MMORPG Runes of Magic.
