Golan Pollack (Hebrew: גולן פולק; born 10 September 1991 in Yehud, Israel) is an Israeli judoka. He competes in the half lightweight (under 66 kg) weight category.

At the 2011 World Judo Championships – Men's 66 kg he reached the quarterfinals, and was defeated by Miklós Ungvári. At the 2012 Summer Olympics lost in the first round to David Larose.

On December 5, 2014 Pollack won silver medal at Grand Slam Tokyo.[1]

On August 25, 2015 Pollack won the bronze medal in the World Judo Championships in Astana, Kazakhstan after a victory over Davaadorjiin Tömörkhüleg.[2] During that day he managed to beat Georgii Zantaraia, ranked number one in the world.
