Gonobahini

Gonobahini (Bengali: গণবাহিনী" People's Army") was part of Mukti Bahini, also termed as the "Freedom Fighters" or FFs was a guerrilla force which fought against the Pakistan Army during the Bangladesh Liberation War in 1971. Mukti Bahini was a combined force of Bangladesh Army, Bangladesh Air Force, Bangladesh Navy, Bangladesh Police, Bangladesh Rifles, Bangladesh Ansar. The Gono Bahini was formed by the Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal, it was composed of communist personal. They carried out attacks against Bangladesh Awami league and government personnels from 1971 to 1975.[1]
