"Google Me" is the first single from American recording artist Teyana Taylor's debut mixtape, From a Planet Called Harlem. The track peaked at number 90 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
The title of the single refers to the Google search engine.
Reception
"Google Me" received minor airplay on certain R&B and Hip-Hop oriented radio stations. Despite making a brief appearance on R&B charts provided by Billboard, the song eventually stalled at the bottom of those charts.
The song enjoyed a certain degree of critical acclaim by the blogosphere. It even caught the attention of Google, which praised its Google-related subject and commended its catchiness. By the end of the year, Rolling Stone magazine even listed it as one of the "Top 50 Singles of the Year".
