The greater flowerpiercer (Diglossa major) is a species of bird in the family Thraupidae. It is found in the tepuis of Brazil, Guyana, and Venezuela.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests and subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland.
