Greenwater Lake Provincial Park is located in eastern Saskatchewan on Highway 38. The name of the park does not refer to the colour of the water itself, but rather to the colour of the reflection of the trees on the water near the shores.[1]
Amenities
A store exists within the park with groceries, clothing, souvenirs, an arcade and mini-golf. The marina offers pontoon boat, fishing boat, canoe, kayak and paddle boat rentals. Other recreation opportunities include a volleyball net, tennis court, horseshoe area, golf course, baseball diamond, and beach. For children there are two playground areas, one by the beach and one in the campground. There is a restaurant beside the beach with indoor dining, a patio, and a concession stand on one side. Accommodations include more than 100 campsites, as well as some rental cabins. A hall is available for events.
