Gregory Alan Dreiling (born November 7, 1962) is a retired American professional basketball player. A 7'1" center who attended Wichita State University and later transferred and graduated from the University of Kansas, he was selected by the Indiana Pacers in the second round of the 1986 NBA Draft. Dreiling carved out a ten-season career (1986–1997) as a backup center, playing for the Pacers as well as the Dallas Mavericks and Cleveland Cavaliers. He also played in the Continental Basketball Association for the Oklahoma City Cavalry and Rockford Lightning.[1]

He is now an advance scout for the Dallas Mavericks.[2]
