Greg Rand
Greg Rand (born September 2, 1968, New York City, New York) is a CEO, columnist for Entrepreneur.com, leading authority on real estate investment, an author, radio host, and media commentator on the intricacies behind real estate.[1]
Rand's book "Crash Boom: Make a Fortune in Today's Volatile Real Estate Market"[2] is scheduled to release on March 15, 2011 by Career Press, Incorporated.
A regular Fox News contributor [3] and host of Rand on Real Estate on 77 WABC Radio, Rand is best known for forecasting trends in real estate based on the convergence of macroeconomics, geopolitics and consumer sentiment.
Mr. Gregory K. Rand now makes his living through various illegal property rentals on the island of Oahu. Mainly the property he calls Hale Aloha Estate located at 68-770 Crozier Drive. This property is posted on VRBO.COM and is rented out against the islands rules and regulations. Mr. Rand also rents out a structure on the same property that has no permits for over two thousand a month.
Many people who have dealings with this man consider him a crook and are encouraged to come forward and speak out against this person in hopes that good honest people will avoid difficulties.
