Gregory T. Lucier (born 9 May 1964) is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Life Technologies.[1][2] He has also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Invitrogen from 2003 to 2008 when merger of Invitrogen Corporation and Applied Biosystems took place.[3]
Education
Mr Lucier received his undergraduate education at Pennsylvania State University, where he received his B.S. in Engineering. He then went on to earn a graduate degree from Harvard Business School, receiving an MBA.[4]
Career
He has previously served as a corporate officer at GE Healthcare and on the Board of the Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute, and currently serves on the Board of Directors at CareFusion Corporation, Synthetic Genomics, Rady Children's Hospital and the California Healthcare Institute.[5][6]
He is a Limited Partner of Lakeshore Capital Partners and has served as the Chairman of the Board at BIOCOM Inc.[7]
