Grete Brochmann
Grete Brochmann (born 1 March 1957) is a Norwegian sociologist and Professor at the University of Oslo.[1] Her main research field is international migration. As of 2012, she is head of department for the Department of Sociology and Human Geography. She has been a visiting scholar the Université Catholique de Louvain and the University of California, Berkeley. She chaired the Norwegian Welfare and Migration Committee, the so-called Brochmann Committee.[2]
