The grey-cheeked bulbul (Alophoixus bres) is a species of songbird in the Pycnonotidae family. It is found in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Burma, and Thailand. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. The Palawan bulbul was formerly considered a subspecies.
