The Grey Snout (Hypena masurialis) is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It has a wide range, including Australia, Fiji, the Cook Islands, Eritrea, Kenya, Somalia, Uganda, Yemen[2] and the Canary Islands.[3]
The wingspan is about 20 mm. Adults have dark brown wings with a diagonal line from near the wingtip to halfway along the rear edge of each forewing.[4]
The larvae feed on Commelina cyanea.
